The Sethuraman lab is excited to be presenting two posters at the CSUPERB symposium in Santa Clara, CA in January 2017! Yumary and Michael will be presenting a poster on their work in analyzing mitochondrial demographic histories of Hippodamia convergens and Harmonia axyridis populations, while Shiori will be presenting a poster on PPP (Popgen Pipeline Platform) v.1.0, our new NSF funded project on a Galaxy Project based GUI for model-based population genomics.
