The Sethuraman Lab of population genetics will officially open doors at the California State University San Marcos on the 23rd of August 2016. We are a part-computational, part-molecular lab located in the SCI 2 building of the CSUSM campus.

We are excited to announce that we recently received an NSF-ABI grant to develop the PPP, or "Pop-gen Pipeline Platform" to create a standardized set of tools for modern, model-based population genomics.
