BIOL 502 Population Genetics offered Spring 2017

10/14/2016

How do genes and genomes evolve in populations? Why is there so much diversity among human populations? What happens to new mutations? How do new species evolve? How do species go extinct? The answers to all these questions, and more form the core of POPULATION GENETICS, being offered this SPRING 2017 to undergraduate and graduate students at CSUSM.

This course will fill an upper division science elective for biology majors with molecular/cell biology, and general concentrations, and is open to graduate students as well.

Prerequisite - BIOL 352 Genetics
